Hello all,
I am tired. The night before last I slept about 5 hours because my dear kitty Oliver had a burst of energy and was tearing through the apartment and knocking anything and everything off of...everything. Last night, I woke up at 6 to get a cup of water. Then for the life of me, I could NOT go back to sleep! I stayed up and watched junk TV until it was time to get ready to leave. Sigh. Needless to say, this entry will lack in energy as I lack in energy.
To cheer me up I watched a clip from one of my favorite movies, Amelie. I'm sure most of you have watched it (if you haven't, go rent it!). I love Amelie and her little adventures. One of my favorite songs is from this movie and a couple of years ago I youtubed it and ran into a really sweet/sad short film. Warning: it is a very deep and touching clip about love and life, and it may make you tear (at least I did).

I will probably post something about Cinema Paradiso at some point, but that is another one to watch (please do not watch the director's cut--it is wayyyy too long)

Yeah man, the blind guy is going to get mugged in that crowded station and it would be ALL Amelie's fault. I hope she's happy with herself...
