French Onion Soup

What is with all the frenchiness today?! I don't know, but I do know that in about 15 minutes, I am going to go eat the most delicious sandwich in all the land. 'Wichcraft's grilled gruyere sandwich.

(This is not the grilled gruyere. There is no bacon in the grilled gruyere.)

Do you like french onion soup? I LOVE it. And this sandwich is so amazing because it is like eating a sandwich version of french onion soup. Country white bread (don't get it on the regular bread, this is better) with melted gruyere cheese and carmelized onions. OH. MY. LORD. Doesn't that sound AMAZING? Oh my goodness. I need to calm down.
